I confess I knew Maggie shed before we were married. But, I have OCD and had no idea that I would have large, disgusting clumps of dog hair all over my house. It just so much hair. I vacuum every day and each time the hair fills the bag.

I love my husband in such a special way. I respect him. He makes me laugh. We spend tons of quality time together. I feel like our marriage of six years is for the most part strong and good. There is just one problem. We have no sexual chemistry...we don't have a good sex life...not anymore.

Down to Earth Lessons Learned from a Life at Sea

In my ten years of living on a sailboat, a typical bad day was a dragging anchor, a ripped sail, and our toddler throwing a vital tool overboard. At sea as on land, it always happened in three's. That chapter in my life impressed certain truths upon me, and although many of them were elicited from a sea or boat-related experience, the underlying moral of the story applies equally well to my life on land today. I now find these truths to be self-evident.
